Pulse blowback bag type dust collector

This bag type dust collector captures solid particles in the gas by the bag type of filter made of fiber fabric. Its working principle is as following:

Dust particles around the fiber cloth filter  were intercepted by inertia force action occured by collisions.with fiber. Microscopic dust particles (size of 1 Lm or smaller) is constantly changing the direction impacted by the gas molecules (Brownian motion) .Due to the gap between the fiber is less than the free path of gas molecules Brownian motion, dust particles will be separated after the collision with the fibre. Its working process is related with the fabric weaving method, the density of fiber material and the spread of dust, gravity, inertia, covering, electrostatic interactions and their removal method. Filter cloth material is the key to the bag dust collector; Good performance of the filter cloth must have the specific density and permeability, also should have good corrosion resistance, heat resistance and high mechanical strength .It must have heat resistant fiber. which thermal stability at present can be up to 250 ~ 350 ℃.
