The operation steps of cylinder dryer, cylinder dryer, and cylinder dryer are as follows

1. When the airtightness test of the gas cylinder is completed and the water is drained, the cylinder should be left to stand with the mouth facing downwards for a period of time to clear the residual water flow inside the cylinder;

2. Place the bottle mouth facing downwards onto the cylinder dryer, cylinder dryer, and cylinder dryer drying rack. Insert a metal thin tube into the bottle about 150mm from the bottom and connect it to the gas delivery pipe;

3. Connect the power supply of the cylinder dryer, cylinder dryer, blower of the cylinder dryer, and electric heating furnace; The blower transports the hot air from the electric heating furnace to the inside of the gas cylinder, which can be observed from the thermometer on the auxiliary air pipe, and is generally controlled at 70-75 ° C.

4. When the temperature is too high, the power supply of the cylinder dryer, cylinder dryer, and cylinder dryer heating furnace should be cut off, and then connected again after the temperature drops. Dry each batch of gas cylinders for about 20-30 minutes;

5. After removing the gas cylinder from the cylinder dryer, cylinder dryer, and cylinder dryer drying rack, use a small light bulb to check the drying condition inside the cylinder from the bottle mouth. If it has been completely dried, the cylinder valve can be assembled.
