Air cylinder dryer

The internal drying device of the gas cylinder is designed and manufactured according to the relevant national standards. After the gas is inverted, there is a lot of residual water on the inner wall. The simplest way to remove this water is to blow it away with hot air. This cylinder dryer, steel cylinder dryer, and steel cylinder baking machine equipment use electric heating, with adjustable temperature, and the fan conveys hot air into the gas cylinder drying. The equipment is equipped with an electric heater and a fan. The operation steps of the gas cylinder dryer, steel cylinder dryer, and steel cylinder baking machine are as follows: 

1. After gas cylinder's airtightness test is over and water is released, the bottle should be kept downward for a while to allow the residual water to flow out. . 

2.Fix the bottle with the bottle opening facing down on the drying rack of the gas cylinder dryer, steel cylinder dryer, and steel cylinder baking machine. Insert a tube about 150mm from the bottom of the bottle and connect it to the air supply tube.

 3. Connect the power supply of the fan and electric heating furnace of the gas cylinder dryer, steel cylinder dryer, and steel cylinder baking machine. The fan will blow the hot air from the electric heating furnace into gas cylinder. The temperature can be observed from the thermometer on the auxiliary air tube, and it is generally controlled at 70-75°. 

4 If the temperature is too high, the power supply of the heating furnace should be cut off until the temperature drops and then reconnected. Each batch of gas cylinders about 20-30 minutes to dry. 

5. After unloading the gas cylinder from the drying rack of the gas cylinder dryer, steel cylinder dryer and steel cylinder baking machine, check the drying situation inside the bottle with a small light bulb. If it is thoroughly dried, the bottle valve can be assembled
