Shot blasting machine for internal surface of cylinder

The working principle of shot blasting machine for internal surface:

Cylinders are placed on the feeding rack to be ready for work.With the gas cylinder working,four steel cylinders will be transported one by one to the roll-over stand by hydraulic elevator platform.When the hydraulic elevator platform falls to push the cylinders to contact with  the rotating device.The cylinders will be turned and located in certan angle where it can reach the chamber body cover.The spraying gun will go into the internal cylinder along the rail by the drive device. While the grits are shoot by spraying gun,the cylinder is rotating.When the shot peening finish, the high pressure gas inside the cylinder by spayed by gun will make grits and dust full down.After the gun is out of the cylinder, The cylinders will be turn over into horizontal .The cylinders and rotating device will be separated. The hydraulic elevator platform will pick up cylinders and push the gas cylinder to unload this four cylinders meanwhile load another four cylinders again one by one.

All dusts will be adsorped  by the dust removal system in the whole process.It can meet environmental protection requirement.
