This series of shot peening and strengthening machine is new generation product developed independently by our company.It is mainly used to clean plate spring,roundsprings,crankshafts,connecting rods and gears etc.It has following advantages:

1.This shot peening and strenthening machine adopts the fourth generatin of international cantilever centrifugal blasting wheel(frequency conversion) with large quantity of grits and high speed propelling.

2.The Separator adopts BE-full-curtain type.

3.The turning and vibrating screen works as per the size of grit to ensure the strengthening effect.

4.The grit circulatory system is equipped with auto-detection devices.
